Bookings & Memberships

Class bookings, trials, and memberships are processed through our third-party provider, Wodify. Pricing, scheduling, cancellation, and refund terms presented at the time of booking, together with Wodify’s terms, apply to those transactions. Membership pricing shown on the Site may change.

Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. APX Velocity is not a medical provider, and nothing on the Site is medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. By participating, you represent that you are physically able to take part and you voluntarily assume the risks of physical training.

Intellectual Property

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to APX Velocity and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party sites and services (such as Wodify and event organizers like Spartan and HYROX). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
