This Privacy Policy explains how APX Velocity (“APX Velocity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.apxvelocity.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Information you provide. If you contact us by phone or email, or book a class, we collect the details you share, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Booking information. Class bookings and memberships are handled by our third-party scheduling provider, Wodify. Information you submit there is governed by Wodify’s own privacy policy.
• Usage and device information. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs through analytics tools.
• Marketing attribution information. To understand how visitors find us, we collect marketing parameters present in the links you arrive from, such as UTM campaign tags, advertising click identifiers (for example Google, Microsoft, Meta, and TikTok click IDs), the referring website or search or AI assistant, and the first and most recent pages you land on. This is stored in your browser and included when you submit a form.

How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule classes, tours, and trials.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our programs.
• To understand how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our marketing.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Text Messaging & Phone Communication

If you provide a phone number when booking or contacting us, we may call or text you about your class, membership, or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell your phone number, and consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, or when required by law. These providers include:

• GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.): our customer relationship management platform. Contact-form submissions, including your name, email, phone number, message, marketing attribution, and text-message consent, are stored here so we can respond to you.
• Wodify: our class booking and membership provider. Information you submit when booking is also governed by Wodify’s own privacy policy.
• Google LLC: website analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager).
• Vercel Inc.: our website hosting provider.

If APX Velocity is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections described in this Policy.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA): Do Not Sell or Share

California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information, including cross-context behavioral advertising identifiers set by some third-party services listed above.

APX Velocity does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, some third-party analytics services we use (such as Google Analytics) may constitute “sharing” as broadly defined under California law.

To exercise your right to opt out, or to request access, deletion, or correction of your data:

• Email runapexvelocity@gmail.com with the subject “CCPA Do Not Sell or Share Request.”
• Include your full name and the email or phone number associated with your inquiry.
• We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days, as required by law.

To opt out of analytics-related sharing, you can also disable cookies through your browser settings or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Minors train with us only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as Wodify and event registration pages (for example Spartan and HYROX).
