Accessibility Statement
Last updated June 14, 2026
APX Velocity is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We want everyone who visits the Site to feel welcome and to find the experience rewarding.
Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
What We Do
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and empty alt text on decorative images.
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators throughout the Site.
- A skip-to-content link, semantic landmarks, and a logical heading order.
- Color contrast that targets WCAG 2.2 AA, and respect for the reduced-motion preference.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the Site regularly and address issues as we find them. Some third-party content or tools may not be fully under our control, and we work to choose accessible providers.
Report a Barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this Site, or need information in an alternative format, please tell us so we can fix it. Email runapexvelocity@gmail.com or call (650) 308-8634. We aim to respond within five business days.
