Hybrid fitness fuses strength, endurance, and agility into a single, coach-led discipline. It is how you finish a HYROX with something in the tank, crush a Spartan wall, and still post a personal best on Sunday. APX is where that athlete gets made.

Solid set up here and welcoming crowd. Great area to prep for Hyrox, deka and Spartan events. It's definitely helped push up my results in my recent races. Spend some time here, it's worth it!Mo Ramahi · Google review, 5 stars
